Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Estimated delivery time:

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (within the U.S.)

• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS service availability.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Nature Manu is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if this happens, please contact us at naturemanu.health@gmail.com, and we’ll help you file a claim with USPS.
